Nour Alhamedany, MSN, FNP-BC, is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Le Nour Medspa. She is best known for her philosophy of “Your Face But Better”, delivering natural results through full facial balancing while ensuring every patient still looks like themselves, only refreshed and elevated.
Nour began her nursing career in Medical-Surgical and Neurology ICU.. Inspired by her own experiences with aesthetics, she became certified in injectables in 2019 and quickly discovered her calling. Patients and peers alike recognized her exceptional aesthetic eye and her ability to harmonize features with precision and artistry.
To offer a comprehensive range of treatments, Nour has advanced certifications in PDO threads, PRF/PRP, microneedling, facial balancing, and body contouring with collagen stimulators. She has trained under some of the nation’s leading physicians and injectors, and she continues to refine her expertise through ongoing education. In addition to treating patients, she is passionate about training fellow medical professionals in the art and science of aesthetics.
Since founding Le Nour Medspa in 2021, Nour has built a loyal and ever-growing patient base entirely through word-of-mouth referrals. Her patients come from across the valley, the nation, and internationally to experience her artistry. Nour’s commitment to listening, understanding, and honoring her patients’ goals is at the heart of her practice.
Outside of her clinic, Nour enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and continually expanding her knowledge to bring her patients the very best in aesthetic medicine.

Melissa has a true passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. With a strong background in nursing and a love for art and detail, she was naturally drawn to the field of aesthetic medicine. Caring for others has always been at the core of her career, and aesthetic nursing allows her to combine her clinical expertise with creativity to deliver safe, natural-looking results.
Her goal is to enhance each patient’s unique features while ensuring they feel like the best version of themselves. Patients appreciate her gentle approach, eye for harmony, and commitment to results that look refined and authentic.
Outside the treatment room, Melissa enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her French bulldog, Benjamin.

Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Hala is the heart and first impression of our office. As the first person our patients meet, her warm, welcoming energy sets the tone for a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Wearing many hats with grace, Hala plays a vital role in the day-to-day flow of our practice. She checks patients in, assists with paperwork and consents, takes clinical photos, initiates patient communication, and ensures every step of the patient journey from arrival to treatment—is smooth and well-coordinated. She serves as the essential bridge between patient and provider, and we are incredibly grateful for her dedication, reliability, and genuine care.
In addition to her role with us, Hala is actively continuing her education in the medical field. She is currently pursuing her Physician Assistant license, driven by a passion for learning and a deep commitment to patient care. Her ambition, work ethic, and desire to grow within medicine are truly inspiring.
Outside of the office, Hala is a devoted wife and proud mother to an energetic, bright almost–three-year-old son who keeps her on her toes. She balances motherhood, marriage, work, and her studies with remarkable strength and resilience and does it all beautifully.
