Nour Alhamedany, MSN, FNP-BC, is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Le Nour Medspa. She is best known for her philosophy of “Your Face But Better”, delivering natural results through full facial balancing while ensuring every patient still looks like themselves, only refreshed and elevated.
Nour began her nursing career in Medical-Surgical and Neurology ICU.. Inspired by her own experiences with aesthetics, she became certified in injectables in 2019 and quickly discovered her calling. Patients and peers alike recognized her exceptional aesthetic eye and her ability to harmonize features with precision and artistry.
To offer a comprehensive range of treatments, Nour has advanced certifications in PDO threads, PRF/PRP, microneedling, facial balancing, and body contouring with collagen stimulators. She has trained under some of the nation’s leading physicians and injectors, and she continues to refine her expertise through ongoing education. In addition to treating patients, she is passionate about training fellow medical professionals in the art and science of aesthetics.
Since founding Le Nour Medspa in 2021, Nour has built a loyal and ever-growing patient base entirely through word-of-mouth referrals. Her patients come from across the valley, the nation, and internationally to experience her artistry. Nour’s commitment to listening, understanding, and honoring her patients’ goals is at the heart of her practice.
Outside of her clinic, Nour enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and continually expanding her knowledge to bring her patients the very best in aesthetic medicine.

Melissa has a true passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. With a strong background in nursing and a love for art and detail, she was naturally drawn to the field of aesthetic medicine. Caring for others has always been at the core of her career, and aesthetic nursing allows her to combine her clinical expertise with creativity to deliver safe, natural-looking results.
Her goal is to enhance each patient’s unique features while ensuring they feel like the best version of themselves. Patients appreciate her gentle approach, eye for harmony, and commitment to results that look refined and authentic.
Outside the treatment room, Melissa enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her French bulldog, Benjamin.

Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Sara is advanced aesthetician with an impressive 17-year journey in aesthetics. She is originally from the Midwest and made Arizona her home in 2019. Sara specializes in cosmetic laser technologies, excelling in various modalities including RF Microneedling, Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma, chemical peels and facial therapies including dermaplaning.
Having collaborated closely with two Board Certified Plastic Surgeons specializing in Facial Plastics and Facial Reconstructive Surgery for the past decade, Sara brings a wealth of experience. A Certified Laser Technician since 2014 and Phlebotomist since 2022. She is certified in Physician Care Alliance (PCA) Peel portfolio, ZO’s 3 Step Stimulator Peel, Diamond Glow and HydraFacial treatments, offering a unique perspective to our practice.
Sara’s personal journey overcoming skin challenges fuels her passion for ensuring her patients achieve their skin skincare goals. She trained at Obagi Skin Health Institute with renowned Dr. Zein Obagi and Dr. Sameer Bashey, Board Certified Dermatologists, making her well-versed in treating a diverse populations and ethnic skin.
Beyond the surface, Sara is dedicated to designing skin care regimens that promote vibrant healthy skin and amplify treatment results. Thrilled to join Le Nour Medspa, she shares a similar mindset with Nour, prioritizing patient care and safety. Eagerly pursuing her aesthetics career Le Nour Medspa, Sara is simultaneously working toward her Registered Nursing Degree alongside her mentor, Nour, a highly skilled injectable provider.
